Accelerated Reader Program

AR is a computer-based reading management program.  It is designed to motivate students to read.  Our AR books are labeled with the reading level and the AR points that can be earned by completing an AR quiz.  AR is a completely volunteer program at Becky-David.

Students read an AR book then they have the option of taking an AR quiz on that book.  Students earn points from answering questions correctly on these quizzes.  The quizzes are only available here at school.  Students may check the books out from our library or St. Charles City-County Library or they can read books from home.  We do not have AR quizzes for all books.  Listed below is a list of AR quizzes that we own and students can take quizzes on those books.
