Mrs. Crepps is in her seventh year of teaching, and she has been the Director of Bands at Saeger Middle School for six years.  At Saeger, she teaches 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Bands. She also directs the Jazz Band and the Community Band.  In addition to her duties at Saeger, Mrs. Crepps is also an Assistant Marching Band Director for the Francis Howell Central Spartan Regiment.

Mrs. Crepps is a member of the Music Educators' National Conference (MENC), the Missouri Music Educators' Association (MMEA), and is a lifetime member of the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega.  She is currently in her fourth year of service as the Middle School Concert Band Vice President for the St. Louis Metro District #8 of the Missouri Music Educators' Association.

Mrs. Crepps attended Truman State University in Kirksville,  Missouri, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Music in 2004.  She also completed a Master of Arts in Education at Truman State University in 2005. 

In her free time, Mrs. Crepps enjoys attending concerts, musicals, and plays in the area as well as traveling.  She also plays clarinet in the Meramec Symphonic Band.  Her favorite things include scrapbooking, watching movies, playing video games, playing cards, reading, and hanging out with her husband and their two cats, Linus and Lucy.

Dear Saeger Band Members and Parents –
 
     Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year here at Saeger Middle School! We are in for another exciting year in the Saeger Band program. Whether your student is just beginning band as a sixth grader or entering their third year in our program, you can look forward to a fun and eventful year! Participating in a school music program is a great learning experience for all students. With hard work and dedication, all students can be successful in our band program!
 
      Included in this website is a CALENDAR OF EVENTS. Please avoid conflicts later in the year by marking rehearsals and concerts into your calendars RIGHT AWAY! Note that since band is a performance class, concert attendance is part of each student’s grade in band.
